Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine, the following policy is strictly enforced.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
Please arrive on time. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and will be considered a same-day cancellation, resulting in a 100% charge of the service total.
